“Brain Injury is misunderstood by many people. You don’t just ‘get over’ Brain Injury. It affects your whole life, your relationships, who you are as a person. Nothing is the same anymore. Brain Injury is a lifelong battle with very good days and very bad days. If you know someone living with a Brain Injury, be patient and compassionate. They need your support more than you know.
